The picture below demonstrates how hard it is to balance our daily life. We have to balance our job, home, children, food, sports, education, leisure, health, etc. There are plenty of tasks and sometimes it can be difficult to keep calm and stay focused.
Mindfulness and yoga can help you stay calm in a hectic environment. I’ve spent 17 years studying psychology, neurology, medicine while practicing yoga. I originally come from a background in nuclear physics from the University of Copenhagen, the Niels Bohr Institute and have been self-employed as an Internet Software Developer and an Internet Security consultant for many years. I’ve been sitting behind an office desk for many years and knows what it’s like to be in a stressful workplace or environment.
On the road through my personal yoga journey, I’ve stumbled on the a lot of dead end roads. All though there is no mistakes only learning experience, I try to help you avoid the same mistakes I’ve done, so you can reach your goals quicker, easier and safe.
