Participants of my Mindfulness workshops often ask for guided meditations to get the meditation practice started. Here are some links to resources that I like to recommend.

Ronald D. Siegel, PsyD, is Assistant Professor of Psychology, part time at Harvard Medical School, where he has taught for over 30 years. He is a long-time student of mindfulness meditation and serves on the board of directors and faculty of the Institute for Meditation and Psychotherapy.

I like his breath awareness and stepping into fear meditations. But in general all his meditations are very good. Ron Siegel’s audio files are in English.

Lone is a chief physician and runs Dansk center for mindfulness at Aarhus University. Lone’s audio files are in Danish.
